Papas Tapas Bar
Jesper is an award winning mixologist and former bar manager of Stockholm’s notable
F-12 nightclub. When Absolut Vodka needed a new original cocktail list, Jesper is the man
they hired. The signature cocktails he’s designed exclusively for Papa’s Tapas are based on a
specific theme of predominant Taste & Spirit combinations. These highly complex
cocktails, using only premium spirits, fruits, spices and juices are guaranteed to leave a
lasting impression.
Paan joined the Papa’s Tapas team in 2006 as Jesper’s under-study and top student in
Thailand. After a long apprenticeship period of a year and a half, she carries on the cocktail
tradition at Papa’s Tapas with the same quality and exactness of her mentor.
