Papas Tapas Chefs
Chef Martin was formally educated as a chef in Sweden broadening his abilities and
talent thru influential mentors combined with experience working in Michelin rated
kitchens. Martin opened Papa’s Tapas with his personal creative food concept of presenting
the quality and flavors of international fine dining via the portion size of Tapas.
Chef Anders joined Papa’s Tapas in 2006 with a background as a chef in Stockholm’s
Michelin rated restaurants. As a team, Martin & Anders enjoy challenging themselves and
each other with new dishes that are sure to delight you. Their kitchen is always open so
stop by and say hello.
